The article analyzes a clinical case of the development thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (TTP) in patient with verified COVID-19 infection. algorithm TTP diagnosis when ADAMTS13 biomarker test is unavailable presented. presents scheme effective treatment use plasma exchange, methylprednisolone and rituximab administration.
